Our senior team of consultants combine over 100 years of commercial experience gathered from a wide range of consumer, industrial and service sectors working internationally with networks in Germany,USA, France and Russia. But it is not just experience that we bring! We have developed our working practices to allow us integrate with, and involve, the client management teams so that they become enabled to work in new ways and to continue the business development well beyond the initial project timescale.

Our Mission

Our mission is to improve our clients' performance by improving their own working methods and practices, through the provision of advice, skills, experience, direction and training, so that they will be better able to successfully drive their own business development. We like to leave our clients in better shape, as the famous Oxfam copy line described so well –"If you give a man a fish you feed him for a day. If you teach him to fish you feed him for a lifetime" (David Abbot).

The way we work

Prior to making any commitment, you will be made fully aware of what the fees will be, and what objectives we will jointly be working towards.
There will be agreed milestones for all the key stages of the project and regular management reviews to report on progress. Quality control is an important feature of our working style as we want to ensure we deliver a sound return in your investment in Challock Consulting Ltd.
